The word "Fann" (فن) means Art in Arabic. The concept and idea behind the logo were requested by a customer. The logo was aimed to interpret a musical note as if it was created using the Arabic Ruq'ah script. The rounded shapes looks like a musical note whereas the tilted strokes act as a representation of the fast and simple way of Ruq'ah writing style.
